TiNE's Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V replacement kit brings the entire set down to 8.3 g, saving 11.4 g on the frame hardware alone. And because these bolts sit on the frame (not the drivetrain), they stack cleanly with TiNE's Shimano derailleur and hydraulic bolt kits for compounded savings.
SL9 frame bolts + Shimano bolt kits = additive savings. The SL9 frame bolt kit covers the frame-side fasteners (seatpost, FD mount, bottle cages, headset). TiNE's Shimano bolt kits cover the drivetrain and hydraulic side (derailleur bolts, caliper bolts, lever bolts). Because they target completely different bolt positions on the bike, the two kits do not overlap — you can install both for full-bike titanium coverage without any redundancy.

What Makes This Kit SL9-Specific
The SL9 uses a different bolt set from SL7/SL8. The SL9 frame has a dedicated seatpost clamp bolt design, specific front derailleur mounting tabs (M4×2), four water bottle cage bosses (M5×4), and a headset top cap bolt (M3×1). The kit includes exactly these 8 bolts — no extras, no missing positions. Each bolt is CNC machined from Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V to match the SL9's specific thread depths and lengths.
Compatibility: This kit is designed specifically for Specialized Tarmac SL9 frame hardware. SL7/SL8 riders should use TiNE's separate SL7/SL8 seatpost clamp and derailleur hanger bolt products. The SL9 kit does not include derailleur hanger bolts (SL9 uses a UDH system) or Shimano drivetrain/hydraulic bolts (covered by TiNE's separate Shimano kits).
