Cervelo Soloist R5 Titanium Stem Computer Mount 10.5g Lightest 1050 at 17.5g — TiNE Tech

Four stem-mount models in the TiNE lineup share the same 10.5g standard weight. Among them, the Cervelo Soloist/R5 stem mount stands out in the 1050 Edition: 17.5g — the lightest 1050 computer mount across all 48 models that use a stem interface. If you ride a Soloist or R5 with the stock stem and use a large-format head unit, this is the lightest titanium mount you can hang off a stem clamp.

The Stem-Mount 10.5g Group

All four stem-type mounts converge at 10.5g in the standard version — the narrow stem body demands so little clamp material that topology optimization reaches a floor. But in the 1050 Edition, the group splits:

Stem Model Standard 1050
Cervelo Soloist/R5 10.5g 17.5g
Roval Rapide/Aipinist 10.5g 18.6g
Tarmac/Enve/Roubaix/THM 10.5g 18.7g
Trek RCS Pro Blendr 10.5g 18.6g

The Cervelo stem has the narrowest front face of the group. When the 1050 panel extends to support a large head unit, that narrow profile means less reinforcing material is needed — hence 17.5g versus 18.6–18.7g for the other three. The gap widens as head units get larger; for standard head units the difference vanishes because all four share 10.5g.

"Soloist/R5" refers to the stock Cervelo stem shipped with the Soloist and R5 framesets. This mount does not fit the Cervelo S5 integrated handlebar, which uses a separate computer mount model (11.39g–11.5g standard, depending on year).

Under-mount: 3.8g, GoPro or front light. Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V, topology-optimized, CNC machined, eight anodized colors.
