1. About these terms

This website, tinetech.com, is operated by Guangzhou Tine Technology Co., Ltd., Unit B53, 2/F, Kwai Shing Industrial Building Phase 1, 36-40 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong ("TiNE", "we", "us", "our"). By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our products

We design and sell titanium bicycle components. Every product page states what the product is compatible with; it is your responsibility to confirm fitment before purchase. Product images are illustrative; slight variations in finish are normal for titanium components.

3. Prices, payment and currencies

All prices are shown in your local currency where available and include applicable taxes and duties (see our Shipping Policy — every order ships DDP). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a price was clearly wrong, we will contact you before processing your order.

4. Orders and cancellation

We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, or the information provided was inaccurate). Orders can be cancelled by you at any time before they are handed to the carrier — contact us as early as possible.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping times, rates and our 30-day return policy are described in the Shipping Policy and the Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Warranty

TiNE components carry a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, alongside your statutory rights — it never replaces them. The warranty does not cover normal wear, crashes, improper installation, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos and design — is the property of TiNE or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. 

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. 

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, China. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
