1. Where we ship from

All orders ship from our workshop in Guangzhou, China.

2. Processing time

In-stock items are handed to the carrier within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Custom or made-to-order items need about one additional week before dispatch.

3. Carriers and delivery times

We ship with FedEx and UPS.

• European Union: 7–10 days

• United States: 6–8 days

• Other destinations: around 10 days

• Custom or made-to-order items: about 1 extra week before dispatch

Delivery times are estimates after dispatch, not guarantees.

4. Shipping rates

• Free shipping on orders of USD 99 / EUR 99 or more.

• Orders below that amount ship for a flat USD 35 / EUR 35.

5. Duties and taxes — DDP for the EU and UK

Every destination we serve is sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): customs duty, import VAT and handling fees are all included in the price you pay at checkout. You will never be asked to pay anything on delivery.

6. Tracking

You receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. 

7. Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, just contact us — we file the claim with the carrier and reship your order or refund you. You never have to chase the courier.

8. Cancelling before dispatch

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are handed to the carrier. Contact us as early as possible and we will stop the shipment.
