How we make it

Nature does not carve. It grows.

A bone is never chiselled out of a block. It is laid down, atom by atom, along the paths that carry load. An old redwood does not subtract from the void — it stacks layer on layer, growing toward the light.

That is the principle behind TiNE ECLOS. Every part starts as a load case, gets optimised by a BESO algorithm that engineers out whatever carries no load, is grown in Ti-6Al-4V, then finished and checked by hand.
