Every TiNE order ships from our workshop in Guangzhou, and every destination we serve goes DDP — duty, import VAT and handling are already in the price you pay at checkout.

Shipping is free on orders of $99 / €99 and above. Below that, delivery is a flat $35 / €35 — no handling fees, no fuel surcharges, wherever you are.

2. Duties and taxes

DDP — Delivered Duty Paid

Every destination we ship to is sent DDP: customs duty, import VAT and carrier handling fees are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will never be asked to pay anything on delivery.

3. Tracking, lost or damaged parcels

You get an email with a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse — the first scan can take a few hours, and sometimes a day, to appear. If tracking has not moved for several days, contact us and we will get an answer from the carrier for you.

If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, write to us rather than to the courier: we file the claim, and we reship your order or refund you. If the box looks damaged, photograph it before opening.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

No. Every destination we ship to is DDP, so duty, import VAT and handling are already paid before your parcel leaves us. Nothing is collected on delivery.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries. Add your address at checkout to confirm we deliver to you and see the estimated delivery time.

Can I change my address or cancel an order?

Yes, as long as it has not been handed to the carrier. Email us as early as possible and we will update the address or stop the shipment. Once it is moving, the Returns & Refunds process applies.
